Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of purchase or delivery if:
The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
A valid purchase invoice or order confirmation is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Innerwear and socks.
Customized or personalized products.
Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or defective).
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 –7 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, customers may choose another product of equal value or pay the price difference.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be free.
For other returns, shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
